The Norwegian Navy Followed Russian Frigate's Voyage North On Thursday, the Russian frigate Admiral Gorshkov sailed north in international waters outside the Norwegian coast. The voyage, presumably with the Kola Peninsula as its destination, has been observed by Norwegian military vessels.
